Send unsolicited or bulk messages, or use Outbox Loop to contact people who have not interacted with your account.

Harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone.

Run scams, phishing, fake giveaways, or misrepresent who you are.

Scrape Instagram, automate an account you do not control, share Instagram credentials, or try to work around Meta's platform restrictions.

Collect sensitive personal information — health, religion, sexual orientation, financial account details, government identifiers — through automations without a lawful basis and a genuine need.

Use Outbox Loop for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's.

Attempt to breach our security, access other customers' data, or test the service without permission. To report a vulnerability, see our Security page.

The Creator Network Rules apply in addition to this policy when you use profiles, travel plans, projects or collaboration requests.

We may warn, limit, suspend or terminate an account that breaches this policy. Where a breach threatens our Meta app or another person's safety, we may act immediately.
