For the Instagram conversations, contacts and lead information your automations handle, you determine the purpose and means, and Outbox Loop processes that data to provide the service.

We process personal data only on your documented instructions, which include your use of the product's features.

We keep the data confidential, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, and require the same of our subprocessors.

We assist you with data subject requests, breach notification and, where applicable, impact assessments.

On termination we delete or return personal data, subject to any legal retention requirement.

You confirm you have a lawful basis for the personal data your automations collect, that you provide any required notice to those individuals, and that you do not use Outbox Loop to collect sensitive data without an appropriate basis.
