Outbox Loop is operated by Prajwal Naik, trading as Colormetric Labs, registered at 80/1, Kalbhag, Kumta, Uttara Kannada, Karnataka 581343, India. You can reach us at support@colormetriclabs.com.

Outbox Loop connects to your Instagram professional account using Meta's official APIs and runs the automations you configure. It also provides an opt-in creator network for finding collaborators.

Outbox Loop is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Outbox Loop.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the automations you publish and the messages they send. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You need an Instagram Business or Creator account to use the automation features. You must have the right to manage the Instagram account you connect.

Outbox Loop depends on Meta's APIs. Instagram controls which automation capabilities exist, whether your app permissions remain approved, and the circumstances in which messages may be sent. Meta may change or withdraw these at any time.

If Instagram restricts a capability, the affected features may stop working. We will tell you when we become aware of it, but we cannot guarantee the continued availability of any Instagram feature.

You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies when using Outbox Loop.

Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: no spam, no harassment, no scams, no scraping, no automating accounts you do not control, and nothing illegal.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that puts our Meta app at risk. Where practical we will warn you first and explain what needs to change.

Outbox Loop is a monthly subscription. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your trial gives full access for the trial period. When it ends, automations pause until you subscribe. Your data is retained.

You retain ownership of your content and of the contact data your automations collect. Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with personal data, and the Data Processing Addendum governs data we process on your behalf.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use the contact information your automations gather, and for telling those people what you do with it.

We aim to keep Outbox Loop available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and Instagram-side changes can all cause interruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and your statutory consumer rights always apply.

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you and ask you to accept the new version. Each version is recorded against your account with the date you accepted it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kumta, Karnataka, India. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your own country of residence. Before starting proceedings, please write to support@colormetriclabs.com — most problems are resolved that way.
