Instagram & Meta Disclosure

We connect to Instagram using Meta's official APIs — specifically the Instagram API with Instagram Login, for Instagram professional accounts.

We do not ask for or store your Instagram password. We do not scrape Instagram, automate the Instagram app, or use unofficial endpoints.

Instagram controls which automation capabilities are available and the circumstances in which messages may be sent. For example, Instagram allows one private reply to a comment, and further messages only after that person interacts with you. Instagram also closes the messaging window 24 hours after someone's last interaction.

Outbox Loop enforces these rules on our servers before sending anything, and shows them to you while you are building an automation rather than failing later.

Some triggers — story replies, new followers, shares — depend on features Meta enables per app. We only offer them once they actually work for your account.

Instagram conversations, comments, contacts and any insights we retrieve belong to your workspace. We do not use one customer's Instagram data for another customer's purposes.

The creator network is built entirely from information creators type in themselves. We do not build a directory from Instagram data, and we do not expose your Instagram metrics, media or followers to other creators.
